Totally resonate with this — the industry isn’t collapsing, it’s splitting: AI is eating the research/synthesis “middle,” while demand explodes for implementation that ships and judgment that survives org politics. The real premium becomes: diagnosing the actual problem, navigating incentives/trust, and owning outcomes when pilots hit reality. In other words: AI accelerates the how, but leaders still need help with the should we / in what order / at what risk.
